Cancellations
You cancel
Cancellation and request for refund must be received in writing as soon as possible. PuntoTours will make no exceptions to our cancellation policy, irrespective of personal or external factors. This includes but is not limited to weather, personal emergencies, having to leave tour early, arriving on tour late. Consider carefully your level of travel insurance to cover such eventualities.
If notice is received within 90 days or more, tour payments may be transferred to another tour in the same year, subject to availability.
Cancellation fees are as follows:

| 61 to 90 days | Loss of deposit |
| 31 to 60 days | 50% of tour cost * |
| 30 days or less | 100% of tour cost ** |
* You may apply 25% of your cancellation fee to a future tour in no more than twelve months time.
** You may apply 15% of your cancellation fee to a future tour in no more than twelve months time.
We cancel
PuntoTours will not assume responsibility for any company or persons who fails to provide services that have been contracted for any of our tours. Should this happen, alternative services will be sought.
PuntoTours reserves the right to cancel any trip, for any reason, at any time prior to departure.
We may be able to offer participation in an alternative tour and will endeavour to give 60 days notice prior to tour commencement. If the alternate tour is not acceptable, any payment received will be refunded. In any case refund of any payments received constitutes full settlement.
