Intermediate Road Bike Tours Itinerary 2012
Intermediate tours are designed for cyclists who ride regularly. You are comfortable riding around 50 to 60km (30 to 37 miles), and are capable of riding up to 80km (50 miles) over undulating terrain. Your average speed sits around the 25km/hour mark (15 miles/hour).
