The impossibly picturesque hilltop villages and rolling landscape of Tuscany awaits you. This tour includes watching the Pro's in the famous one day race of the same name, followed by the thrill of participating in the Granfondo Strade Bianche. Delicious food to fuel your time in the saddle and world class wines for the celebrations!

Arrive into Florence for the transfer to our hotel in the lovely walled village of Buonconvento. From there we explore the Crete Senesi, preparing you for your GF challenge. All meals, 4 star accommodation, professional guides on-road and vehicular support with all the trimmings is yours for the tour.

DAY ONE MON 26 FEB | TRANSFER AND WELCOME

Transfer from meet point in Florence to our start hotel in San Quirico. Settle in, bike set-up, welcome dinner and tour briefing.

DAY TWO TUE 27 FEB | SAN QUIRICO LOOP

Our first day is a loop ride across the World Heritage Val d'Orcia, winding along stretches of Strade Bianche over the scenic Crete Senesi.

Another fantstic loop ride through the Crete Senesi, around the famous Brunello vineyards surrounding the picturesque medieval village of Montalcino.

DAY FOUR THU 29 FEB | SAN QUIRICO TO SIENA

Today we transfer by bike from San Quirico to Siena. This is a recovery ride. Settle into the hotel and visit the historic centre of this amazing town. Option of a guided tour if desired.

Beautiful ride into the famous Chianti region, winding through the charming village of Radda and Gaiole, the start and finish of the vintage L'Eroica race.

HOW MUCH RIDING DO I HAVE TO DO?

As much or as little as you want. It’s your holiday. You determine how much you want to ride. You can, on any day, choose to cut a ride short, miss a climb, only do the downhills, have a rest day or ask for more! The van is always handy if you choose not to ride, and a guide is always willing to do some extra distance if you wish. You just need to ask.

WHAT KIND OF CYCLISTS TAKE YOUR TOURS?

There is no mold! We have had cyclists from 18-72 years of age, some choosing easy, others choosing extremely challenging tours. We firmly believe we have something for almost all cycling abilities.
