DAY ONE MON 21 SEP | WELCOME
We come to Turin for another adventure - this time in the beautiful rolling hills of the Piemonte region. For those that require it, there will be a morning group transfer from Turin to Biletta and our very comfortable hotel.
We'll check the bikes before a short shake-out ride past the double tree - literally! Dinner in the evening for our Tour Briefing and official Welcome.

DAY TWO TUE 22 SEP | LOOP RIDE TO CASALE MONFERRATO
Fantastic ride through the rolling hills of the Asti region towards the famous river Po, and the town of Casale Monferrato. The revered Barbera grapes are believed to originate in the hills of Monferrato, and we'll see neat rows of these as well as other grape varieties unfold across the landscape, nature and man working in harmony.

DAY THREE WED 23 SEP | BILETTA TO BENEVELLO
The start of the ride, heading south towards Alba, is through open farmland dedicated to food production. As we near Alba the crops give way to a proliferation of vines marking our entry into the incredible Langhe wine region.

DAY FOUR THU 24 SEP | ALBA LOOP
A beautiful ride today as we pedal into the heart of the Langhe wine region. Almost every business in every town is related to wine and food. The revered Nebbiolo grapes used to produce the famous Barolo and Barbaresco wines comes from this region, and we can't wait to introduce you to the wines and winemakers along the way.

DAY FIVE FRI 25 SEP | BENEVELLO TO BISTAGNO
Today is an easier day with a short, temperate course winding through small towns such as Nizza Monferrato where the vines are literally on the door step of the city. This region is home to sparkling wines. Indeed the cellars of Canelli are such masterpieces of engineering and architecture, and wind so extensively beneath the town that some have UNESCO World Heritage Site status.

DAY SIX SAT 26 SEP | BISTAGNO TO GAVI
Shocking but true - our route today features a town and wine that do not start with 'B'! A scenic ride that meanders to Villa Sparina passing through Gavi along the way. Gorgeous views are to be had from the fort perched high above the village. In addition to superb wines, Gavi is also famous for delicious ravioli.

DAY SEVEN SUN 27 SEP | LOOP TO CASTELLANIA
A visit for cyclists to Piedmont would not be complete without a ride to the home town of Fausto Coppi. Ride the roads on which the famous Fausto and his brother forged their cycling skills.

DAY EIGHT MON 28 SEP | LOOP TO MARCAROLO
Stunning views as we ride into the Natural Park of Capanne di Marcarolo, and dip over the regional border into Liguria. Today is your Queen stage. Three passes in the fledgling western end of the Apennines with steady climbs and descents frequented by Piedmont's most famous cyclist Fausto Coppi.
A memorable day out with optional shortcuts and of course our limousine service at hand.
